Extra-terrestrial manipulation can work telepathically or via an actual implant inserted into humans, which is only visible on a spiritual level.

How can this be spotted?

• The sensation of being remote-controlled
• The feeling that there are metal rods in your body or legs without a physical operation having been undertaken 
• Extreme emotional coldness (not evil, simply lacking emotion)
• Objects which fly extremely fast, even somersaulting  in the sky
• Metallic noises like a telescope being extended or retracted, bright lights, voices in an unknown language, some of which are also heard or even understood telepathically
